We have the right to cancel your order if we believe your tagline/design copies another maker.

We are not responsible for lost tags or damage done to collars and/or pets from the use of our tags.

We do not recommend tags be worn while your pet is in a crate.

We are always growing and improving. Repairs are done on a case by case basis and may incur a repair fee. To see if your tag is eligible for a repair, please contact us by email or send us a message on our Facebook page. We are not responsible for damage due to chewing.
